Srinagar: The RRR star Ram Charan along with Korean Ambassador to India did an impromptu performance to the “Naatu Naatu” beats – the Oscar winning song at the Film Tourism side event at the third G20 meeting at Srinagar that kick started on Monday.
Actor Charan arrived in Srinagar earlier the day and attended the first side event on 'Film Tourism for Economic Growth and Cultural Preservation' of the 3rd G20 Tourism Working Group meeting.
Speaking at the event, Charan said that he has been coming to Kashmir since 1986.
“I have been coming to Kashmir because my dad is in the same industry, working as an actor for 45 years so I am the second generation. I have been coming here since 1986,” he said. “ As a child when I was invited by my dad to Kashmir, I used to feel like I had achieved something during the summer holidays. It was like an achievement."
“.. No matter what we hear about Kashmir, this is such a surreal feeling to come to Kashmir. ..It’ll take another 95 years to explore Kashmir," he said.
At the end of the event, the actor displayed his dancing prowess on the G20 stage. The actor danced to ‘Naatu Naatu’ from his movie ‘RRR’ along with Korean Ambassador to India CHANG Jae-bok.
