Bengaluru: We go through various life situations that throw up similar questions in our mind. We may not know where to find the right answers or whom to trust in seeking these answers from.

To help millions of sincere seekers navigate their life journeys, and answer their questions, dilemmas and problems along the way, and help them grow, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar started a practice of sending out a knowledge sheet every week, covering a wide range of topic, for seven years-a compilation that is for the first time available in the form of a comprehensive book called The Intimate Note.

The Art of Living recently launched the much awaited edition of The Intimate Note authored by global spiritual master and humanitarian, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.

In this book, Ravi Shankar touches nearly all aspects of life –relationships and dealing with people, letting go and holding on, understanding one’s patterns, love, dealing with coworkers, productivity, karma, free will, ego, Truth, God and much more. For example, if Ravi Shankar tells you why a liar is innocent, he also reminds you that this world is a wrapping paper with the gift waiting within. If he gives you the address to the most beautiful spot in the universe, he tells you with utmost practicality why God is a thorough businessman.

He brings out the essence of these existential complexities with depth, simplicity and humour.

Gurudev’s simple, reassuring words immediately put the mind at ease and soothe our soul. The pages are laden with wisdom that does not just remain in the intellect, but is beautifully integrated into daily life.

Millions of people have experienced that any sheet they turned to, held in it exactly what they needed to know, at that point of time.
