6 killed in Quetta College blast while 16 were injured

Baluchistan:The number of deaths in the blast in Quetta, the capital of Baluchistan province, on Thursday night has risen to six, media reported on Saturday.As per the initial reports, four people were killed and 16 injured in the blast that happened outside Science College in Quetta, Dawn reported.

"Another two workers [of Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Ideological] lost their lives. They had received multiple injuries in the explosion," said Maulana Abdul Sattar Chishti, provincial information secretary of the party.The deceased were identified as Sanaullah and Mohammed Ramzan.

"Thirteen injured are still under treatment in the civil hospital," police said.No group has taken the responsibility of the blast.(UNI)
