Bangladeshi trawler capsized near Kendo island in Indian waters, 15 fishermen rescued, one missing

Kakdwip: A Bangladeshi fisherman was missing after a trawler capsized in the Bay of Bengal following a storm, as it accidentally entered into Indian waters in South 24 Parganas, official sources said on Saturday.Fishing trawler Israt Jahan had 16 crew on board when it capsized near Kendo island under South 24 Parganas on Friday. 
The Indian fishermen, however, rescued 15 Bangladeshifishermen, who have been taken to Govardanpur coastal police station,according to Kakdwip Fishermen Welfare Association chief Bijon Maity.(UNI)
