New Delhi/London: In what is seen as a major breakthrough for Indian security agencies, fugitive don and 'designated global terrorist' Dawood Ibrahim's trusted aide and finance manager Jabir Moti has been held in London.
According to reports, Moti, a Pakistani citizen was detained by officials of the Charring Cross Police Station in London.
India had made requests for Moti's arrest earlier. Moti also is also known by another name 'Jabir Siddique' and is said to be very close to Dawood and his wife Mahajabeen.
Moti has a Pakistani passport that shows him to be the resident of Karachi.
Indian security agencies believe that Dawood too is often seen in and around Karachi.(UNI)
