It’s been 54 years of first Apollo 11 moon landing, but millions still believe that all US moon missions were hoax, Neil Armstrong never landed on Moon and everything was shot in a studio.
Conspiracy theorists believe that the 1969 moon landing was a hoax that the U.S. govt had staged to win the space race with the Soviet Union.

Conspiracy theorists claim that 1969 NASA moon landing was shot at the Area 51 Air Force testing range in Nevada. They also claim that the movie was soundstage by legendary director Stanley Kubrick

We’ll tell you about those Moon conspiracy theories and what’s the fact.

Theory 1: Flag planted on moon should not be rippling, because there is no air

Fact: The flag was fastened to a ?-shaped rod. The flag was rippled because it had been folded during storage and gave the impression it was blowing

Theory 2: No stars visible in the Moon photos

Fact: All landings happened during the lunar daytime. The faint glow of stars were outshone by the sun in the photos

Theory 3: Footprints in Moondust are preserved despite the lack of moisture

Fact: Moondust do not weathered in absence of wind. This allows the dust particles to stick together and hold their shape in the vacuum

Theory 4: Why the shadows run diagonally? With the sun as the only light source, all shadows should run in parallel

Fact: Sun isn’t the only source of illumination on Moon. Another source is the lunar ground, which reflects the sunlight

Amid growing conspiracy theories, NASA released a fact sheet in June 1977 and mentioned about the rocks taken from the lunar surface as a proof of the moon landings
