Celebrities and dignitaries offer prayers at Lord Venkateswara temple in Tirumala

Tirumala (Andhra Pradesh): The sacred hills of Tirumala witnessed the visit of several celebrities and dignitaries on Sunday, as they offered prayers at the revered Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple.

During the VIP break darshan, prominent film personalities, including actress Aishwarya Rajesh, actor Vaibhav, and actor Adi Pinisetty, along with his wife and actress Nikki Galrani, paid their respects to Lord Venkateswara. The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) officials received the celebrities at the temple entrance and made special arrangements for their smooth darshan.

After offering prayers, the visitors received Veda Ashirvachanam — blessings from temple priests — at the Ranganayakula Mandapam, along with Tirtha Prasadam as a mark of divine grace.

Earlier in the day, former Indian cricketer and coach Gautam Gambhir, accompanied by his family, participated in the early morning Suprabhata Seva and offered prayers at the sanctum sanctorum.

Adding to the list of high-profile devotees, former Prime Minister H D Deve Gowda and Union Minister Prahlad Joshi also visited the hill shrine separately and offered their prayers.
