Lal Kitab remedies for good health

1. Offer water: Take water in a copper vessel and add a little red sandalwood to it. Keep that vessel at bedside before going to sleep. The next morning, offer that water to a Babul tree or use the water to water a plant. Repeat this remedy for 43 days.

2. Donate blanket: This is Rahu-Ketu remedy. Rotate a black & white blanket 21 times around your head and donate it in a temple or to the needy.

3. Coconut remedy: Take a coconut and rotate it 21 times around your head. Then burn it at a temple or outside the house. Repeat this remedy for five Saturdays.

4. Chhaya Daan: On Saturday, take a little mustard oil in a bronze bowl and put a coin in it. See your reflection in it and give it either to a beggar or in any Shani temple. Repeat this remedy for atleast five Saturdays.

5. Chant Hanuman Chalisa: Chant Hanuman Chalisa every day along with Sandhyavandan. Reciting Hanuman Chalisa with sincerity and devotion brings blessings of Hanumanji.

Apart from this, you can also do these remedies:

1. Feeding roti to dog daily keeps unexpected troubles at bay.

2. Taking bath with curd while sitting on a wooden plank on Fridays can cure skin diseases.

3. Burn camphor every day in the morning as well as in the evening during Sandhyavandan.
