Kakinada: A live crab found with signs of the face of Lord Narasimha on its shell became a sensational news with people thronging in large numbers to see the natural wonder.

The peculiar crab was one of the few crabs purchased by Kagitham Krishna, a farmer of Sakhinetipalli Lanka in Sakhinetipalli mandal from the fishermen on Tuesday.

The farmer’s family was taken back on seeing the Lord Narasimha's face on the shell while preparing it for cooking. They kept it aside and started performing pooja.

Soon, the news spread all over the village and neighbouring villages and people formed a beeline to the house of the farmer to see the crab, according to the village sarpanch.
