New Delhi: Supreme Court in its interim order on Thursday restored the marriage of Hadiya. The apex court also set aside the Kerala High Court order which had annulled the validity of Hadiya's marriage.
A three-judge bench of the top court, headed by Chief Justice of India (CJI) Dipak Misra and also comprising Justices AM Khanwilkar and DY Chandrachud, passed the interim order in the Love Jihad case. However, SC said the National Investigating Agency's probe into the alleged 'Love Jihad ' phenomenon would be taken to logical conclusion by the agency in accordance with the law.(UNI)
