CBSE Class 12th: 83.40 pass percentage; girls outshine boys by 9 pc once again

New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education on Thursday declared Class 12th Board results with pass percentage at 83.40 per cent, an increase of 0.39 pc from last year's 83.01 pc, informed CBSE chairman Anita Karwal here.
The Board has declared the results within 28 days for the first time. Last examination was held on April 4, 2019.Students of Class 12 can check results on the board's official website - cbse.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in.
 
Girls have secured 88.70 pass percentage while boys got 79.40 per cent. The fairer sex has once again outshone boys by 9 per cent.Transgenders have pass percentage of 83.33 pc.(UNI)
