Chennai-Hyderabad Charminar Express derails after hitting platform wall at Nampally Railway Station in Telangana, 10 injured

Hyderabad: Approximately 10 individuals sustained minor injuries on Wednesday as the Charminar Express (Train No. 12760) derailed at Nampally Railway Station.
 
According to railway sources, the train, en route from Chennai to Hyderabad, derailed after colliding with the side wall of the fifth platform while gradually approaching Nampally station for a scheduled stop. Three coaches of the train were involved in the derailment.
 
 
Passengers experienced a moment of panic as the train veered off the tracks just seconds before reaching the station platform.
 
Further investigation is underway, the sources added.
