New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed as withdrawn the petitions filed by two Rajya Sabha Congress parliamentarians challenging the order of Rajya Sabha VP Secretariat rejecting impeachment motion against CJI.
A five-judge bench of Justices A K Sikri, SA Bobde, N V Ramana, Arun K Mishra and Adarsh K Girl dismissed the petition as withdrawn. (UNI)
