Congress activist Himani Narwal's body found in suitcase; Haryana police arrest suspect

Chandigarh: Haryana police have arrested a suspect in Congress activist Himani Narwal murder case, police sources said on Monday.

Himani's body was found in a suitcase near Sampla bus stand in Rohtak on Saturday last.

The sources said that a suspect has been arrested from Bahadurgarh. Reportedly, he was a friend of Himani.

Police have also recovered Himani's phone and some jewellery from him.

Further investigation was underway, the sources added.
