Constitution bench to hear plea on Article 370 in oct, SC issues notice to Centre

New Delhi:The Supreme Court on Wednesday issued notice to Centre after hearing a batch of petitions on abrogation of Article 370 and said the matter will be heard by a five-judge constitution bench in October.

Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi said the bench will hear the matter in first week of October. The bench will hear all the petitions against repeal of Article 370.(UNI)
