COVID-19: 64-yr-old dies in Mumbai, third death in India

Mumbai:A 64-year-old man, who was tested positive for the novel coronavirus, died on Tuesday, taking the number of deaths to three in India linked to coronavirus or COVID-19. He was admitted to Kasturba Hospital here. This is the first casualty of the pandemic in Maharashtra. The deceased has been identified as Parkash Modi, who was a resident of Ghatkopar suburb.
He had a travel history of Dubai. His wife as well as son have also tested positive for the coronavirus.Last week, a 76-year-old man in Kalburgi, Karnataka and a 68-year-old woman in Delhi died. Both were tested positive for the virus. (UNI)
