COVID patient allegedly raped inside 108 Ambulance by driver

Thiruvananthapuram:A driver of 108 Ambulance, who allegedly raped a woman COVID-19 patient inside the vehicle at Aranmula in Pathanamthitta district last night, has been terminated from the service on Sunday.
"The incident has really shocked everyone. The police has been directed to take stern action against the culprit, identified as Naufel, a staff of GVK EMR Institute, which has also been directed to take immediate action against the ambulance driver," State Health Minister KK Shailaja said in a press release.(UNI)
