Arrest of P Chidambaram in INX Media case likely after Delhi HC rejects bail plea

New Delhi:The Delhi High Court on Tuesday declined petition of senior Indian National Congress leader P Chidambaram for anticipatory bail. 

The senior leader has been on the radar of investigative agencies in the INX Media case, involving Rs 305 crore and Aircel Maxis matter.Both the high-profile alleged scams had taken place during Mr Chidambaram's tenure as Union Finance Minister in the erstwhile United Progressive Alliance dispensation.
