New Delhi: Delhi Police arrested a man who allegedly conspired and created the Bulli Bai App on GitHub platform, DCP, Intelligence Fusion and Strategic Operations Unit KPS Malhotra said on Thursday.
The police said the accused has been identified as Niraj Bishnoi, resident of Digmbar Jorhat in Assam. He is a student of B Tech second year. The police claimed that he is the mastermind who allegedly created the app on the GitHub.
The police team arrested him in Assam and is bringing him to Delhi later in the day. (UNI)
