New Delhi: CBI Special Judge Dharmesh Sharma on Monday held guilty expelled BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh in the 2017 Unnao rape case.
Sengar was convicted under sections 120b, 363, 366 and 376 of IPC and provisions of POCSO for the rape of the minor.December 19 was set for hearing arguments on quantum of sentence.(UNI)
