Prayagraj: A fire broke out in a camp on Old GT Road near Sector 19 of Maha Kumbh Nagar on Friday, official sources said here.
Sources said that fire brigade vehicles have reached the spot and are trying to extinguish the fire.
Inspector in charge of Khak Chowk police station Yogesh Chaturvedi said that a fire has broken out in a camp near Tulsi intersection on Old GT Road. However, fire brigade personnel are trying to extinguish the fire.
About a dozen fire brigade vehicles reached the spot. The fire has been brought under control to a large extent. There is no report of any loss of life.
He said that fire department officials have also reached the spot.
