New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Friday dismissed a petition challenging the validity of the 'PM Cares Fund'.

Justice L Nageswara Rao and Justice B R Gawai's Bench dismissed a petition challenging the decision of the Allahabad High Court.

They told the petitioner's counsel Devdutt Kamat that he can file a review petition in the High Court.

During the hearing, Kamat told the Bench that the High Court did not consider all the issues raised in the PIL.

The Bench said: "Perhaps you are right that all the issues were not considered... You can file a review petition in this matter."

The PIL, filed in the Allahabad High Court, alleged that there was massive siphoning of funds from various Ministries and other government agencies. (UNI)
