Indian Air Force Mirage crashes in MP; pilot reportedly safe

Bhind/Gwalior: An Indian Air Force Mirage crashed on Thursday at a farm in Madhya Pradesh’s Bhind district – shortly after taking off from the Maharajpura Air Force Station in Gwalior district – but the pilot ejected safely, official sources said quoting preliminary reports.

The incident occurred in Bhind (Rural) Police Station limits and debris lay scattered over the area.
Flight Lieutenant Abhilash was flying the plane. He was rushed to a secure location by villagers and the police.(UNI)
