New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Friday flayed Prime Minister Narendra for exporting vaccines during Corona crises putting the countrymen at risk.

He said shortage of vaccine is not a very serious problem and not an “utsav”.

“Shortage of vaccine is a very serious problem in the growing Corona crisis, not ‘Utsav’. Is the vaccine export right, putting your countrymen at risk? The central government should help all the states without bias. We all have to defeat this epidemic together,” Mr Gandhi tweeted in Hindi.

The comment comes a day after Mr Modi exhorted the chief ministers of all states and union territories to organise a “Tika Utsav” or vaccine festival from Aril 11-14 to inoculate maximum number of people against the dreaded disease.

In the virtual meeting, the Prime Minister asked the CMs to target zero vaccine wastage”. (UNI)
