ISRO launches India's largest LVM3 rocket carrying 36 OneWeb satellites

Sriharikota (Andhra Pradesh): In a dedicated second commercial launch, the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on Sunday successfully accomplished the LVM-M3 mission which injected all the 36 satellites of the UK-based OneWeb into a Low Earth Orbit (LEO) from the SHAR Range here on Sunday.
 
After a smooth 24-and-a-half hour countdown, LVM-3 took off majestically from the Second Launch Pad at the scheduled time of 9.00 AM and launched the satellites into the precise orbit. (UNI)
