'I have some difficulty in hearing this matter,' Justice Indira, who hails from West Bengal, was quoted as saying by Live Law.

After Justice Indira expressed reservations, the matter was adjourned. The registry was directed to list the matter before a bench where Justice Banerjee is not there.
