Mysuru: Karnataka Congress on Tuesday said it will screen the blocked BBC documentary on the premises of its office here.

"BBC has revealed the truth. BJP leaders themselves have been beating their chests that Modi had given directions to kill Muslims. Like Kashmir Files, this documentary should be shown country-wide.

I request people to watch it. One should watch it and learn about PM Modi's dark face," state Congress spokesperson M Lakshman told reporters here. BBC is an esteemed British broadcaster, it will not work under anyone's influence, he added.

Flaying BJP's Ramesh Jarkiholi, Lakshman alleged that the former minister and his gang had shot an excise inspector Ingalage in 1988 with an AK-47 rifle.

He also alleged that murders in the government mill of Gokak in 1994 were carried out in Jarkiholi's leadership in 1994 and sold hooch. (UNI)
