Lalu Prasad Yadav being quizzed about unknown third son !

Patna: Bihar information and public relation department Minister Neeraj Kumar today alleged that to quench his greed for property, the incarcerated RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav in lieu of giving employment forcibly got property registered not only in the name of his two minor sons Tej Pratap and Tejasvi but also in the name of an another unknown third son Tarun Kumar Yadav during his regime.
On the occasion of Lalu Yadavs' birthday, Mr Kumar exposing the greed of Mr. Yadav for property and wealth told news persons here today that in the process he did not even spare his nephews and got registered 8 Kattha 17 Dhur land on November 4 ,2003 from the sons of his elder sibling Mangaru Yadav.

The craving of Mr Yadav for wealth kept on increasing and he collected "benami" property not only in the name of his minor sons but also in the name of a third unknown son Tarun Kumar Yadav, said Mr Kumar adding that all these facts regarding third unknown son has been exposed in the registry document in which Mr Yadav has been mentioned as father of Tarun Kumar Yadav along with Tej Pratap.
 
Circulating the registered documents Mr Kumar said that Mr Yadav got 9 Kattha 11 Dhur land registered from the people of Phulwariya in lieu of giving job. The name of purchaser in the same sale deed has been mentioned as Tej Pratap Yadav and Tarun Kumar Yadav, son of Lalu Prasad Yadav.

Amazingly Tej Pratap Yadav was just 4 years old at the time of sale that took place in 1993, he added.Mr Kumar said that it is essential to know the identity of Tarun Kumar Yadav and how the name of Lalu Prasad Yadav has been mentioned as father's name against the name of Tarun Kumar Yadav along with Tej Pratap Yadav in the sale deed of the property purchased jointly.
 
Apart from this on February 1, 1994 a piece of land measuring 2 Kattha 16 Dhur was registered in the name of Tej Pratap Yadav, a minor at that time, he said adding that guardians' name was not mentioned in the registry document which is a glaring example of child exploitation. It is a matter of surprise how the land was got registered in the name of a minor without guardians' name, he questioned?In lighter vein Mr Kumar said that Lalu Prasad Yadav, prisoner Number 3351 was facing allegations of collecting benami property was now under question for this unknown third son Tarun Kumar Yadav.(UNI)
