Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today said that RJD chief Lalu Prasad was suffering from depression following action taken against him and his family members for the offences committed by them and that was the reason behind his 'utterances' lowering the political discourse.
Nitish told media persons here that Lalu had reached a state of severe depression following action being taken against him and his family members for the offences committed by them earlier.
It was also reflected from his recent utterances which had lowered the dignity of political discourse, he remarked.
Responding to a query on Lalu's statement that his(Nitish's) 'Samadhi' (memorial) would be built in Rajgir, he said that there was no wrong for him to go to Rajgir often. He had been going there since childhood, he said adding that it was a place of natural beauty, flora and fauna.
