Maharashtra political crisis: Conduct floor test in 48 hours Guv asks MVA govt, Shiv Sena moves to Supreme Court

Mumbai: Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari on Wednesday asked the Maha Vikas Aghadi ( MVA) government to prove its majority by conducting the floor test in the next 48 hours.

The Governor office issued a letter on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Shiv Sena has challenged the order of Governor in the Supreme Court by filing a petition which may be heard on Wednseday itself after 1700 hrs.

In a letter the governor has given nine terms and conditions during the floor test and also said that video recording will be made compulsorily during the entire process in the assembly during no confidence motion. (UNI)
