New Delhi: The Supreme Court will hear the NCP-Shiv Sena-Congress petition, seeking urgent Floor Test in the state of Maharashtra at 1130 hrs on Sunday.
Earlier in the evening, the three parties filed a joint petition against the decision of Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari to invite BJP's Devendra Fadnavis to form the government.
The bench, which will hear the matter, has not yet been decided. (UNI)
