Mumbai: Dismissing the applications moved by Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, Lt Col Prasad Purohit and six others, a NIA special court on Wednesday discharged three accused in the September 8, 2006 Malegaon blast case --Shivnarayan Kalsangra, Shyamlal Sahu and Pravin Takalki .
