MIM MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi admitted in London hospital

Hyderabad:AIMIM MLA from Chandrayangutta assembly constituency, Akbaruddin Owaisi, the younger brother of Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi, was shifted to London for emergency treatment,  party sources said here on Monday.

Previously in December last year Akbaruddin was admitted at the Owaisi hospital and research Centre after a complaint of severe stomach ache.

His health had suddenly deteriorated and was shifted to London on an emergency treatment, the sources added. In the recent assembly elections held in December last year, Akbaruddin won the Chandrayangutta seat,  5th in a row with a huge margin of about 80,000 votes.

In a tweet, Congress MP, Revanth Reddy wished Akbaruddin a very speedy recovery, adding "Our prayers are with him. Hoping to see your voice raise the issues of people of Telangana in the Telangana assembly soon."(UNI)
