Tarakeswar/Sonarpur:Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday said Bengal's "Bhumiputra" (son of the soil) will take over as the chief minister after the BJP is voted to power.
Addressing public meetings at Hooghly and South 24 parganas district, Mr Modi said, "Didi is talking about outsiders. We are all children of Mother India. No Indian is an outsider here. When BJP forms the government after May 2, a son of the soil will become the chief minister," Mr Modi said.

“Didi's party says she will contest polls from Varanasi in 2024; she's looking for a seat after losing Bengal elections,” the Prime Minister said.

He alleged TMC workers even looted the ration send as relief for people in distress. Didi, rein in your party goons

Mr Modi said people have already given their verdict and that Mamata Banerjee is going to lose by a huge margin. The Prime Minister said some people in TMC had decided to field Mamata Didi from another seat but some intelligent persons told her that it would be her second big mistake.

Mr Modi said some people told her that if she would lose both seats, it will become very difficult for TMC to function as a party.“Mamata Didi is surrounded by people who tender wrong advices,” the Prime minister said.

'You will not be called 'outsider' or 'tourist' when you go to Varanasi. You will find many people with 'tilak' and 'choti.' With every step you will hear 'Har har Mahadev' chant',” Mr Modi said.

People of Varanasi won't call you outsiders like those in Bengal. The people of Varanasi have big hearts - they won't call you outsiders - just like the people of Bengal. However, you will find a lot of devotees there, that might unsettle and baffle you,” the Prime Minister said.

“People of Bengal allowed you 10 years to perform, but you didn't. So why this anger now? Is it because you did not get an opportunity to cast false votes at will?” he questioned.

Earlier at a meeting in Tarakeswar, the Prime Minister said Mamata Banerjee insulted people by saying they take money to attend rallies.“Didi hurt people's self-respect by claiming they are coming to BJP rallies after taking money,” he said.

Addressing a public meeting here, Mr Modi alleged, "The TMC looted the Panchayats and Panchayat elections. State administration is being run from TMC party offices!"

“If a player raises a question on the umpire time and again, we know there's some problem in his/her game! In politics, if someone questions the EVM or the EC time and again, we must understand the game's over,” the Prime Minister said.

Mr Modi said accept it or not, Mamata Banerjee is staring at defeat. “Didi, O didi, haar aapke saamne hain, accept it.” he said.

“In Nandigram, we have seen a glimpse of what is going to happen on May 2 (when results of the Assembly elections will be declared,” the Prime Minister said.

The Prime Minister said TMC leaders are obstructing new rail projects. He said funds for water treatment plants in Hooghly have gone down the drain.

“A major reason for Didi's bewilderment is her report card of 10 years. Old industries have been shut down. Possibilities of new industries, new investment, new business & employment have also been closed down,” the Prime Minister said.
