Bhopal: One election official in Guna and two in Indore have died of cardiac arrest while on duty on Wednesday in Madhya Pradesh that is witnessing single-phase voting in 230 assembly constituencies amid tight security.
“One death each was reported from Guna and Indore districts. Compensation of Rs 10 lakh each will be handed over to the next of kin,” Chief Electoral Officer VL Kantha Rao told mediapersons. (UNI)
