Mumbai: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Monday raided several locations owned by associates close gangster Dawood Ibrahim and some hawala operators in Mumbai here.
According to the sources central agency officers are currently raiding multiple locations in Nagpada, Bhendi Bazar Goregaon, Borivali, and Santacruz.
In Nagpada area in south Mumbai two people are being questioned by NIA officers who are reportedly the care taker of Dawood's properties in India.
A recently released drug peddler from jail is also being questioned by the NIA in Nagpada to find out about the gangster's drug syndicate in the city.
