New Delhi: Additional Sessions Judge Dharmender Rana on Monday issued fresh death warrants against the four convicts in the 2012 gang rape-murder Nirbhaya case for execution on March 3 at 6 am.
On February 13, the ASJ had adjourned the matter for further hearing today.Parents of Nirbhaya had filed a plea before the Patiala House court for issuance of fresh death warrants against the convicts who had brutally tortured and killed their 23-year-old daughter.(UNI)
