New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday extended Independence Day greetings to all fellow citizens.

He also greeted people on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan."Happy Independence Day to all my fellow Indians. Jai Hind!," Prime Minister tweeted early in the morning."Greetings on the auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan," he wrote in another missive.

Prime Minister will address the nation on the occasion of 73rd Independence Day from the ramparts of Red Fort on Thursday morning.(UNI)
