Police arrests 3 accused of Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi murder case

Chandigarh: Delhi and Rajasthan police, late night on Saturday have arrested three people, including two shooters involved in the murder of Rashtriya Rajput Karni Sena President Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi from a hotel in Sector 22, Chandigarh.
 
Police said on Sunday that the names of the accused are Rohit Rathore and Nitin Fauji, and they belong to Mohindragarh in Haryana.
 
While the name of the third one is Udham. Udham is the person who was with them during the absconding. Mobile phones have been recovered from the accused.
 
Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi was shot dead at his residence in Jaipur on December 5. A total of 17 shots were fired in the incident.
 
According to the police, after committing the murder, the accused reached Hisar in Haryana from Rajasthan, then they went from Hisar to Manali and from Manali reached Chandigarh from where they were arrested. (UNI)
