New Delhi: President Ram Nath Kovind, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Friday greeted people on the occasion of Vijayadashami.
“On the occasion of Durga Puja and Vijayadashami, Dusshera greetings and Shubho Bijoya to fellow citizens. This is a celebration of the victory of good over evil. May the day bring happiness to our families and our shared society,” President Kovind said in his message.
“Vijayadashami greetings to everyone,” the PM said in his message.
In a message on the occasion, Congress president Rahul Gandhi said, “Happy Dussehra to each and every one of you!” (UNI)
