Ranchi: The Jharkhand High Court today refused to give further extension to provisional bail of jailed former Bihar chief minister and RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav and has asked him to surrender by August 30.
The court of justice Apresh Kumar Singh rejected the plea filed by the counsel of Mr Yadav and ordered him to surrender by August 30. Earlier, while hearing the case on August 17 the court had extended the provisional bail of Mr Yadav till August 27 and had fixed August 24 as the next date of hearing. (UNI)
