Vidisha:Shockwaves went across the otherwise-nondescript Alampur village as news spread of a woman's gang rape and her husband's murder when he protested.
Law-enforcement authorities said that S Kushwah and M Ahirwar took liquor along with Narmada at his dwelling late Monday. During the drinking, Kushwah took Narmada's spouse to a nearby hut and along with Ahirwar sexually assaulted her. When Narmada learnt of the crime and protested, he was strangled by the duo which is absconding.(UNI)
