Realme set to launch 15 series smartphones in India; Check out expected features, price

New Delhi: Realme, a multinational Chinese consumer electronics manufacturer headquartered in Shenzhen, is going to launch its ambitious 15 series, both Realme 15 5G and Realme 15 Pro 5G, in India. Tech buffs and mobile users can see the live event on Realme’s official YouTube channels and social media handles.

This series will have AI-enabled features with advanced hardware upgrades, especially in the display, battery life, and performance. Both models come up with Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode or AMOLED panels with a 6.8-inch screen size. AMOLED is a display technology that leverages organic compounds to emit light.

Both Realme models offer a refresh rate of 140Hz (Hertz), high screen brightness levels up to 6,500 nits, Corning Gorilla Glass Protection, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. Moreover, the design specifications of Duo models are remarkable as these will be available in three colours: Flowing Silver, Silk Pink, and Velvet Green for the regular lineup of models.

The price considerations for both these models are slightly different, like the Realme 155G model is expected to be in the price range of Rs 15,000 to 20,000 in India, while its aligning model, Realme 15 Pro 5G, retail price is expected to be about Rs 39,999.

Although the processor capabilities of both these models, Realme 155G and Realme 15 Pro 5G, are different. Realme 155G comes up with MediaTek Dimensity 7300+ processor capabilities, and Realme 15 Pro 5G has been powered up by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 (4nm) Chipset with support for various AI-enabled activities like photo editing, video streaming, and so on.
