Gaya: A local court today pronounced guilty Rocky Yadav, son of suspended JD(U) MLC Manorma Devi, her husband Bindi Yadav and two others in road rage killing of Aditya Sachdeva, son of a leading businessman in Gaya on May 07 last year and fixed September 6 as the date of hearing to decide quantum of punishment of convicts.
Additional District and Session Judge Sachidanand Singh, held guilty Rocky Yadav and others after hearing arguments of his counsel and that of the prosecution.The court held Rocky Yadav, Bindi Yadav, Teny Yadav and a bodyguard Rajesh Kumar under various section of Indian Penal Code and fixed September 6 as the date of hearing arguments to decide quantum of the punishment.
Aditya Sachdeva, son of leading businessman, travelling in a car, was shot at in a fit of rage by Rocky Yadav, son of suspended JD(U) MLC Maonorma Devi, when he had overtaken his Range rover on Bodhgaya-Gaya road under Rampur police station area in Gaya district on May 07 last year.He died while being rushed to Anugrah Medical College Hospital,Gaya by his friends.
