RPF constable suspended for molesting woman

Thane: A constable of  Railway Protection Force (RPF) was suspended after a video clip went viral on social media showing him molesting a female passenger at Kalyan railway station.

The video clip was shot by an onlooker on Monday, who later told others gathered at the platform. The constable, identified as Rajesh Jahangir, was slapped by the victim's relative.The constable has been working at the station since the last ten years. 

Kalyan railway police station Sub Inspector R Jadhav said the Government Railway Police has so far not received any formal complaint regarding the incident. This is the matter to be dealt by the RPF, he said.However, after the video went viral, RPF suspended the constable.(UNI)
