New Delhi: The Supreme Court today said it may start hearing of the Bofors case in October. A bench of the apex court, headed by Chief Justice (CJI) Dipak Misra, said, we would hear the matter commencing from October 30.
The apex court was hearing a petition filed by lawyer Ajay Kumar Agarwal, seeking revival of the chargesheet against the Hinduja brothers. Agarwal has moved the apex court also challenging the acquittal of three Hinduja brothers by the Delhi High court in 2005. (UNI)
