Senior leader leaves Shiv Sena, says Uddhav Thackeray style weakening Hindutva

Thiruvananthapuram: Former RSS Pracharak M.S. Bhuvanachandran, who formed Shiv Sena unit in Kerala, has left the party following disagreement with the working style of Uddhav Thackeray.
 
Talking to newspersons here, senior leader Bhuvanachandran, who had been leading the state unit of the party for the past 34 years, said Shiv Sena cannot think of a politics other than Hindutva and that Uddhav's style is weakening Hindutva.
 
His association with former Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray began in 1987. He formed Shiv Sena unit three years later.
 
Bhuvanachandran began several service activities after the formation of Shiv Sena, including free ambulance service, free food at hospitals and voluntary blood donation in Kerala.
 
He said the future course of action will be decided at a meeting of party workers at Ernakulam on January 21.
