Bengaluru: Former Karnataka Chief Minister SM Krishna, who was admitted to Manipal Hospital on April 30 for a minor ailment, remains under intensive care, attended by a critical care team.

Krishna, 91, is currently receiving treatment under the supervision of a team of doctors led by Dr. Satyanarayana and Dr. Sunil Karanth. While still in the ICU, his condition is reported to be stable and showing signs of improvement.

Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, after visiting the veteran politician at the Bengaluru Hospital, conveyed his optimism regarding Krishna's recovery. "I visited him. He is showing improvement, and I extend my best wishes for his speedy recovery," he remarked following the visit.
