Mumbai: Cricketer Suresh Raina and singer Guru Randhawa were among 34 people booked for violating the COVID norms during a late night party held at a luxury hotel here, the Sahar Police said on Tuesday.
Both were later released on bail.
Acting on specific information, the police after Monday midnight raided the premises of Dragonfly Club in the Hotel J W Marriott located near the international airport.
The cops found that a party was underway at 0250 hours, way beyond the permissible time limit issued by the state government. Moreover, the people in attendance were found to be without face masks.
