Reliance Jio is going to rattle the mobile market by introducing phones at an unbelievable cheaper rate..At the 44th Annual General Meeting of Reliance Industries, Chairman Mukesh Ambani has announced JioPhone-Next, a new smartphone made in partnership with Reliance Jio and Google.
Jio phone has been a sure shot success. The prices of JioPhone-Next have not been disclosed, but according to experts it will be much cheaper than other smartphones. Jio-Google's Android-based smartphone JioPhone-Next will prove to be a game-changer in the telecom industry. It can change the lives of 300 million people who still have 2G mobile sets in their hands.
 
On the basis of fast speed, good operating system and affordable price, the new smartphone of Jio-Google can fortify Reliance Jio's market share with crores of new users. As far as the features are concerned the new smartphone will be equipped with features and apps of Jio and Google.
 
The operating system of this Android-based smartphone has been developed jointly by Jio and Google. Mukesh Ambani has announced that the new smartphone is designed keeping in mind the pocket of the common man. It will be very affordable and will be available in the market from 10th September i.e. Ganesh Chaturthi.
 
Users can also download apps from Google Play on the JioPhone-Next smartphone specially designed for the Indian market. The smartphone will also have the best camera and Android updates.  Mukesh Ambani claimed This fully-featured smartphone as the cheapest smartphone not only in India but in the world.
 
Last year itself, Reliance Jio announced a partnership with Google. Google CEO Sundar Pichai stated about the new smartphone, “Our next step starts with a new, affordable Jio smartphone made in collaboration with Google and Jio. It is built for India and will open up new possibilities for millions of new users who will be experiencing the Internet for the first time.
 
A new 5G partnership between Google Cloud and Jio will help over a billion Indians connect to faster internet and lay the foundation for India's next phase of digitisation. Mukesh Ambani said that "we are working with global partners to develop the 5G ecosystem and develop a range of 5G devices. Jio is not only working to make India 2G free, but also enable 5G."
 
Reliance Chairman Mukesh Ambani said that Reliance Jio has become the world's second network in terms of data consumption. 6300 million GB of data is consumed per month on Reliance Jio's network. This is 45 percent more than last year.(WD)
